What data we collect
We collect the information you provide yourself when contacting us via chat, WhatsApp, phone or email. That can be your name, phone number, email address and the matter you describe.
Why we process it
The data is used to answer your enquiry, provide a quote and, in the event of an engagement, fulfil our agreement with you. The legal basis is legitimate interest and performance of a contract respectively.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than twelve months after the most recent contact. Engagement-related data is retained for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Recipients
We use suppliers for the chat function and website operations, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. If you have consented to measurement, data is also shared with Google and Meta as described in the section below. We never sell your data.
Measurement and cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, and Meta Pixel so that we can show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Both store data in your browser and transfer data to Google and Meta respectively, who may process it outside the EU. The legal basis is your consent. If you decline, neither is loaded at all and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time through Measurement settings at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us on +46 72 008 40 00. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
